The Woodside Wheelers will see riders navigating across an event area stretching from just west of Woodside, south to Littlehampton and Nairne, and up to 5 km further east depending on how competitive you are! The terrain is quite hilly, with climbs of up to 100 m elevation over 1-2 km typical. The roads are mostly quiet, with only the rare need to cross or ride on an arterial road. The land is predominantly farmland, vineyards and some areas of bushland.
The hash-house is located off Riverview Rd, close to Woodside. There are water points and shops on the course at Balhannah, Oakbank, Woodside, Littlehampton and Nairne.
Entrants should consider constructing a map board for their handlebars. CX, gravel, hybrid or mountain bikes are recommended. There will be a single e-bike class as well as the normal age and gender categories.
