We have a collection of helpful training videos on our YouTube channel. We would suggest starting with these to learn the basic fundamentals of rogaining.
At every event, we have what we call a ‘tips and tricks’ session. When you register at admin on the day, make sure you ask what time this will be held and where.
These sessions are run by experienced people and they walk you through the real map that you will use on the day. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you will gain an understanding of how to read a map and plan a route.
MapRun: We also have some ‘permanent’ courses for you to use any time.
