We love rogaining, getting outdoors and having some fun, and we want to know all about your rogaining adventures too. We’re on the lookout for your best rogaining articles to share with everyone in our upcoming e-newsletters. So if you’ve had a good outdoor adventure, write it up into a story and send it through to us.
All you need to do is follow these simple guidelines:
- Your story can be anywhere between 100 and 1,000 words long.
- Tell us all about your rogaining experience, how you fared out in the wild outdoors. We will share this with our official partner IO Merino and if they choose to use it in their Zone newsletter, they’ll give you a cool $50 ioMerino dollars to spend on anything you like in their online store.
- While pictures aren’t mandatory, they are more likely to sell your story if it has some good pictures to go along with it. (They don’t have to be pro pictures, even decent smartphone pictures will be fine.) What do they say; a picture is worth ten thousand words!
- If you used your IO Merino gear, be sure to let us know. Likewise, if you’ve not yet purchased any IO Merino but wish you’d had some to wear, make sure you mention that too.
Then, simply send your stories to enquiries@sarogaining.com.au to be in the running. If you’d prefer to pre-pitch your idea for us to review before writing your article, that’s cool too!
The not so fine print: You will retain ownership of all words and pictures. If IO Merino chooses to use your story, they will send you a $50 gift voucher in return for the right to reproduce your story and images in their Zone blog and/or in their Zone newsletter.
