How it Works

  1. Look at the list. If there is someone suitable, contact our Website Editor and they will provide both parties with each others contact information.
  2. If you can’t find anyone suitable, contact our Website Editor with relevant details (see table below) and they will add your name to the list. Please also provide contact details and your preferred method.
  3. Get in touch! Have a chat and see whether you want to pair up/carpool. If you’re happy, sort out the details (entries, carpool etc.) between yourselves.
  4. If it works out, let us know and we can remove you from the list.
  5. If it’s getting close to the event closing (2-3 days before) and you still haven’t found a suitable person:
    • See if you can relax your requirements to pair up with someone already on the list.
    • Contact our Social Media Officer (email or on social media). We’ll put out a post and see if we can find an existing team that is willing to take on an extra person.
    • Please note, we will not be chasing you for this – it is up to you to send us a reminder to send out this final post if you are still interested.

By sharing your details, you are consenting for us to share your contact details (email or phone) to those that express interest with partnering/carpooling with you.

Please note that this is a manual process run by volunteers. We are working on something that is more automated. Please be patient with us.

All details will be removed after the event.
