Refund Policy for Events

If you need to withdraw from an event, please log back into your account using the EDIT TEAM function on the event page as early as possible.

Refunds are paid as follows:

Withdrawal prior to the date at which late fees apply: full refund, less $5 admin fee
Withdrawal after late fees apply, but prior to event day: 50% refund
Withdrawal on event day or a no-show: no refund
If an event is postponed: full refund on request
If an event is cancelled: full refund

Your Rights

We abide by the Australian Consumer Law, a national law introduced on 1 January 2011 covering all Australian shoppers, regardless of state or territory. By knowing your rights you can make informed choices and demand quality products and services.

Heat Policy

If the forecast temperature on the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) website for the event location is 37°C or above 24 hours prior to the start time, the event will likely be altered/rescheduled. A final decision will be made, and posted on the website, by 8 pm the evening before the event.

If there is a Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating for the event location, as published at 4 pm on the CFS website the day prior to the event, the event will be rescheduled. SARA will provide a full refund for all competitors not able to participate on the rescheduled date, or if the event is cancelled.

Security Policy

We take steps to encrypt information transmitted between our website servers and your browser.

Secure payment transactions are enabled via Pin Payments (Southern Payment Systems Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria). We do not retain or store your credit card details.

Concession Policy

Any concession card holder as identified by the South Australian government is eligible for a concession entry. This includes, but is not limited, to the cards stated below. To see additional eligible concession card holders, please refer to the SA Gov Website.
